We took a standard brick ranch, raised the roof on the first floor to 9'-0", and added a 2nd level. It has a basement that is finished out with an office and a den, while the 2 upper levels have 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

Our in-house design staff provided services and CAD drawings.
