Coastal Cottage Bathroom
Design-Build Bathroom Addition
Existing 4 piece bathroom was just over 37sf. The existing pedestal sink and lack of storage in the home's only bathroom were the client's main pain. Our plan included turning the toilet and bumping out the bathroom to add 13sf to the existing floorplan. This addition allowed for a vanity with storage, a larger shower and better function. The homeowner disliked the tub/shower combo so we installed a low threshold shower pan with a built-in bench. Easy maintenance finishes include LVT plank flooring, quartz countertops and large format tiles.
