This was a beautiful home in need of some simple updates. We updated the master bathroom by opening up walls and adding neutral colors. We used materials like stamped cultured marble and Flexitec flooring to keep the budget conservative. Touches of iridescent tile helped give the room a more custom look. We also added new windows in the home, updated the family room by changing the doors to the sun room to french doors, took out the old ceiling beams, and white-washed the fireplace. We added a cathedral ceiling to the sun room and dressed up the exterior by adding new siding and vinyl shake shingles.
