Exterior Remodel Cottage Style Split Level
Suburban split level home built in the 60's lacked curb appeal. The original stucco and brick facade was drab with little to no architectural interest. The clients desired a complete makeover and were interested in the craftsman bungalow style. The existing color palette of cooler gray tones clashed with the warmer tones in the brick around the garage and lower living level. The new color palette showcases warmer grey tones that compliment the brown accents. New shutters, siding & stone were installed to add the details the home lacked. We also painted the brick, replaced the garage door, front door, and added detailed porch columns. The completed project also included updating the landscaping to create a welcome feel and definitely upgraded the home's curb appeal.
