From old to new, pretty much sums up the transformation! New pool/spa, pool decking and patios/walkways in sealed travertine, new ipe deck, pool fencing and gates, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, drainage, sodded lawn, etc.

The challenege was meeting all of our clients requirements, while staying within the allowed impervious/building coverage, but we pulled it off and then some!

The pool/spa is unique, with a sun shelf, deck jet, swim jet (width wise) and an automatic pool cover. With the requirement of keeping everything within/inside the pool foot print, the spa and sun shelf hate up alot of room to swim laps. So the swim jet was an obvious recommendation for our client!!
