Pool renovation
This original pool and space had a raised spa and stone/boulder waterfall that was poorly done and not desired by the client. We removed the fall and cut out the raised spa and any remaining necessary demolition. Since the space was also going to be re-landscaped, we excavated around the pool for access. This way we could core drill and run new lighting and plumbing, to make this pool operate properly.
New coping, plaster, tile, etc. was involved and the end result was amazing!! I have to find a before image for you all to appreciate the transformation.
If the shell can be salvaged, it is typically more cost effective to renovate the pool!! The first thing you want to do is make sure it can hold water and conduct a pressure test!!
This was a collaborative effort between Deborah Cerbone Associates and Landscape Architects, Statile and Todd and Liquidscapes, we make a tremendous TEAM!!
