Eclectic style
This 5 acre wooded lot that rested against a conservation area was transformed into a beautiful compound that included the main house, detached garage/carriage house, pool house, pool, spa, kitchen garden, several terraces and lush garden and landscape spaces. The two large stone retaining walls were needed to maximize the site and space that was available, while respecting the conservation area. The walls also supported the raised pool environment. By having the retaining walls meet the required 4' to meet pool code fencing, it eliminated the need for fencing to obstruct the views from the upper pool area. There are so many more details to share, hopefully the images will help communicate the remainder.
