A very exciting project along the ocean, with a very challenging timeline/deadline, but it was so worth it!!

It starts with an amazing client and TEAM!! Mike Scro, owner and architect of Z+ Architecture created an amazing new home and design for his client who lost their home during the hurricane. The builder was also a familiar player, he has worked for the owners for over 20 years. John DiPeri, his son Joe and team did an incredible job in building Mike's vision and the clients.

Our role was creating the initial landscape and pool conceptual master plan. Later we brought in the talents of Deb Cerbone Associates and Landscape Architects, Statile and Todd to help us execute our collective vision and a number of other role players.

We started designing the outdoors in February of 2014 and had the entire project ready and completed by Memorial Day deadline!!
