Concord Colonial

This Colonial style home was built from the ground up on a piece of property abutting town wetlands. The design plan required a permeable driveway which is achieved through a beautiful concrete paver system. A fieldstone retaining wall runs the length of the driveway and fieldstone steps access the side entry.

The front entry is classic and restrained, with block granite front steps and a predominately green, pink and white foundation planting scheme. Two upright London Plane trees frame the front of the house and in time will anchor the house to the property. The front lawn is graded to provide a flat upper section, with inset granite steps down to the street. Black iron railings and light fixtures complete this traditional look.
