The owners of this gorgeous Victorian home in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood wanted to create a yard for entertaining.

The design incorporates a hot tub, built in to a gorgeous new mahogany deck. French doors open from the kitchen to create a seamless flow to the dining patio. A pergola on the corner of the deck creates a living room area, complete with comfortable seating and overhead lighting.

A curved stacked stone seat wall creates a soft edge to the yard, and provides additional seating during parties. Plants surround the seat wall and lawn to create interest throughout the seasons.
