This family is big into the outdoors and enjoys spending time together soaking up nature. Instead of clearing out a large building pad, we carefully nestled this home close to the wooded perimeter. When you’re on the wrap around deck – or even the deck off the owners’ suite – you feel like you’re almost living in a tree house!

When we design and build a home, we’re looking at how you and your family intend to live in the home now, in the next 5 years and even 15-20 years down the road! The layout on this build offers flexibility for the future when the kids head off to college and it becomes just mom & dad. The drop-zone easily transitions to the laundry to the owner’s suite through the closet and bath, but the kids also have access from the hallway. The owners’ suite’s main/formal entrance leads right into the kitchen and main living area so in a few years, they can have a fluid, main level living.
