Amouria is a reverse 1.5 story custom home with a French Transitional Countryside design style. Originally set out to be a spec home in the Copperleaf subdivison it went under contract in the early stages of construction. This allowed the homeowners to make small changes to the parts of the layout and customize the finishes and fixtures.
