We started with a sweet little bungalow that had good bones, but needed light and connection from room to room. We proposed moving the kitchen to a former bedroom and opened it up to the dining room and the whole house breathed easier. That opened up the corner for a custom designed and built lounge area that is flooded with light. Upstairs, a similarly unique move was made- we took the little sun porch and enlarged it to make it the new master bedroom- and the best room in the house was created.
