A simple post-war house in an old, established neighborhood had a small cottage kitchen and a poor connection to its beautiful garden. Adding just a small addition to the house, the design revitalized the soul of the house. Increasing the area of the kitchen allowed the breakfast nook, kitchen island, sitting room, and covered patio to blend together as on large social area.
