Soot Residence

This family home received a new kitchen/mudroom and a fully remodeled second floor. Lots of windows were incorporated into the design to take advantage of the beautiful park-like setting of the back yard.

A new custom-designed walnut vanity with a Caesarstone countertop and undermount sinks makes for a very beautiful and highly functional bathroom. The white hex tile floor with black patterned border gives it a nostalgic appeal.
