This 1920's house underwent a whole house remodel to make it a spacious, updated home for a large growing family.

A fireplace was part of the new family room and the same chimney also serves the outdoor fireplace on the patio. The tile is a locally made tile with a vintage look. The painted wood mantel and surround are custom designed and made.

The back door opens into the mudroom with built-in lockers and open shelves. As you leave the mudroom a magnetic chalkboard wall provides a place for messages and artwork.

The new gas fireplace in the living room is made to reflect the vintage era of the house with a stained wood mantel and surround and handmade tile. The sased openings flanking the fireplace lead into the Study.

The Study has French doors that lead out to the covered porch. Built-in bookshelves and a window seat give way to the natural light streaming in from the pair of large windows.
