With beautiful, unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains to the west, this large home in DeWinton (20 kms south of Calgary) required a number of updates to meet the needs of a large family.

Wallace Fleming was hired to do extensive upgrades to flooring, cabinetry, wall coverings, tiling, mechanical & electrical upgrades (including an additional septic system) and a new loft bathroom (pictured). A large amount of additional work was added to the original scope and Wallace Fleming was able to bring the project in on time and on budget.
