Garrison Woods Addition
The owners of this small Garrison Woods two-level home needed more space that better fit their lifestyle and could accommodate their two huge golden retrievers!
Wallace Fleming was engaged to add a 500 sq. ft. addition on the back of the home and renovate the entire main floor. The result was a spacious chefs’ galley kitchen with an enormous island, a beautiful faux-brick wall and antique, cast iron fireplace surround, hand-scraped hardwood floors, and beautiful antique stained-glass sliding barn doors.
The renovations dramatically added to the sq. ft. of the main floor and the result was the old-world charm our clients were after. This, combined with all new doors and windows throughout, and a new dog wash at the back entrance, greatly improved the efficiency of the house and made dog washing a much less challenging task!
