The original siding on this townhouse complex was well onto its last legs. Weather, birds, squirrels, over-grown trees and 35+ years of wear-and-tear necessitated a complete replacement.

Wallace Fleming was hired to completely re-side four buildings with cement-based HardieBoard siding and SmartBoard battens. The project took four months to complete and involved some extensive re-sheathing and re-building of gas and electrical meter boxes and the replacement of soffits, gutters and downspouts. The project was completed on time and on budget.
