This is a Prescott Properties remodel. I took a very dark and dated 1960's ranch house and converted interior and exterior to an open, bright, contemporary home. Walls were opened and a barn style door was added in the main living space to create an appealing, entertainer's flow. Many of the details, plumbing, wall treatments, and lighting fixtures, are what I like to call "industrial chic." Landscape and hardscape is completely redone, front and back.
