What began as a modest valley dwelling was meticulously restored and enlarged to create an appealing urban ranch house. The "wow" factor is most definitely the original brick facade transformed into a slick, interior wall with wood, brick and steel elements. I added almost 1,000 square feet to the original house to create a formal living room, new master suite, and an attached garage. The remainder of the house was completely remodeled with current finishes including, patterned tile, wallpapers, geometric carpets, and custom stained cabinetry.
