The open kitchen is the family gathering space. The banquette fits perfect by the rear facing windows. Flooring is reclaimed and paired with the gray cabinetry and walls to give a soft modern approach alongside the vintage appeal of the subway tiled wall and school house lights.

The living room space along with the entire home was furnished by the homeowners and then photography was taken. However, this soft, wood accented look pairs well with the full wall fireplace and gray palette throughout.

The fireplace mantel was enlarged to go up the wall entirely so that it had a more impressive look to the area of the room where doors flanked it. The tile, while vintage in look is modern in it's size of 2" x 10".

View into the master bedroom. Black shaker style cabinets are classic and pair well with the fluted sconces. Modern twists happen with large round mirrors and white quartz counters.

The master bedroom is not complete without a dramatic light overhead. With recessed lighting elsewhere, the fun, open light can be the feature of the room without having to put out a jillion watts of light.

The kid's bath, a "Jack and Jill" Style was treated with a bit of whimsy with blue green walls that match the flooring tiles that were hand added to the white to give the room a bit more pop!

This powder room got enveloped in blue (including the moulding and ceiling). A vintage style sink and faucet collection worked with the whimsical metal mirror for a powder room that gets noticed.
