Once upon a time in 2008 an early 1900s Queen Anne got toppled by a tree. The new build home modeled after and replacing the old was left abandoned by the owners and purchased by Balustrade Properties. Carl Mattison is part owner of "Balustrade" and worked to design this home to be a wonderful modern family home with vintage appeal utilizing elements that the former owners left. The home was but a shell of framing and old exterior plywood rotting away, but the overall floor plan was useable with a few additions and alterations. The result is what you see here...a large 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located only two blocks from the oldest city park in Atlanta.
