Towhome project in Lake Claire, an intown Atlanta neighborhood. Original architecture done prior to my involvement but all exterior and interior finishes, paint and styling by Carl Mattison Design.

this modest sized kitchen has clear simple pendants to make it feel larger than it really is. Great for a townhome space. The dining area pendant is a pop of color in brass/gold when you first walk up the stairs. The blue cabinets say today but not too bold for most buyers.

this modest sized kitchen has very simple white pendants with a brass underside for a pop of color. The rest of the area is neutral in grays so the space is soft and inviting but still mod.

One of the many bathrooms in this 10 unit complex. Featuring large format shower tile in dramatic effect marble look porcelain. The vanity is custom oak with white quartz tops and brass fixtures for pop.
