The client brief was to design a grand penthouse comparable to the presidential suite of a 5 star hotel. The 8400 sf duplex apartment was designed from the floor up including the floor plan and stairs. At the clients request, only the most luxurious materials were specified. Two fourteen foot high Swarowski crystal chandeliers anchor the vast dining and living space. Each bedroom has a color theme and the master bathroom has a steam room clad in Italian glass mosaic.
