Our client wanted a grand home recalling the style and glamour of "Old Hollywood". The focal point and "Great room" of the 20,000 s.f. house is organized by a double height space with two large arched windows overlooking the pool. Crystal chandeliers organize the living and dining areas while pastel color tones soften the feel of the interior. A third chandelier organizes the grand staircase that is gracious enough for Norma Desmond descend. The house consists of two floors and an attic. The main spaces are on the lower floors while the bedrooms are on the second floor.
