East Coast Craftsman

Awarded Best New Home Design 2016 for New Brunswick by CHBA. This large 2-story home was custom built for a large young family. Its style is Craftsman but has an East Coast feel with Modern elements added. The second floor is designated for the kids and features 4 bedrooms, 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms, a media room area and a play area. The main level boasts a large open concept living/dining kitchen with a fireplace and surrounding cabinetry and floating shelves. The master suite is located on this floor with a large walk thru closet that leads to the ensuite with its free standing tub and large walk thru custom shower with dual shower heads. An expansive white and wood staircase takes centre stage with its high ceilings and ship lap walls.
