Modern Meets Coastal Retreat

The exterior of this home was designed to fit in with the surrounding home while still making a modern statement. Linen siding is accented with wood SagiWall siding and a wood garage door. Black accents add a modern feel and a beautiful stone was chosen to merry the grey and brown tones.

As you enter the home your are greeted by a 4 pane Marvin Door.
Foyer
As you enter the home your are greeted by a 4 pane Marvin Door. Wood flooring was installed on the ceiling as well as two white painted beams. A black iron light fixture connect with the modern design of the rod iron coat hanger.

Custom designed entrance "closet". Rod iron bar for hanging coats with a custom bench below featuring two pull out drawers.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a custom staircase with open railing. The treads and railing are a custom stain to match the homes imported flooring and to connect with other wood elements throughout the home.

Off of the kitchen is the hallway to the garage where a coat closet and pantry will be found. The pantry was designed to use space from the stairwell behind it which goes directly from the garage to the basement.

Open concept kitchen/ living / dining. A ship lap wall in the dining room seperated the main area from the hallway leading to the spare bedrooms. The living room ceiling is also done in ship lap to match with three live edge beams stained to match the floor and elements in the kitchen.

The huge master bedroom is located at the front of the house. Large scale windows make this a bright retreat for the homeowners. A tray ceiling over the bed is highlighted with ship lap and a beautiful pendant light. There are also an attached walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
