Situated on a prominent corner in one of the historic districts of Saratoga Springs, the programmatic requirements of this 1800’s three story Victorian residence consisted of a one story addition to the east and north of the main residence, including an enclosed kitchen breakfast area, a mudroom, an open dining porch, and an enclosed screened porch along with a detached one story carriage house.
