Built to look like a renovated original brick structure, this inner city custom home is stately, full of careful detail.
A stately new build in an established inner-city neighbourhood
The front entry at dusk: glass door, wide steps, high exterior "ceiling". Note the shiny porcelain tile application to the left of the door, one of the many subtle surprises in this wonderful home.

A detail shot of the XL porcelain tile sheets used on the exterior. These tiles are rated for outdoor use in extreme cold and bring understated shine to a handsome and otherwise rugged exterior.

Stepping in the front door and just into the main living area, this is your view: clean lines, full views, exposed materials. A modern-day Corbusier would have approved.

This view from the top storey stair allows us to see the flow of light throughout the upper levels in this amazing house. The glass wall railings provide some sound deadening without impeding the views and space.

This top-level master suite starts with the bedroom view -- always the view, in this house! -- over the river valley to the south. A full balcony beyond the windows includes exterior access to a heated storage space for luggage and seasonal items.
