Transitional Main Level

Designed by Kon-strux this transitional open concept is spacious and elegant. The soaring high ceilings is the amazing architectural feature of this home. The large glass pendant lights staggered in the front entrance to add interest into the space. The whole space is tiled with cream coloured porcelain tiles switching from a polished to a stripe of textured porcelain tile every fifth row.

The kitchen is simple but elegant. The chocolate brown stained flat panel wood doors are warm and inviting. Chocolate brown stained cabinetry acting as the anchor in this space. Long horizontal stainless steel handles sit quietly not drawing attention to them selves. Small patterned granite countertops ties in the floor colour. Polished porcelain subway tile on the backsplash. Clear and Opaque glass pendant lights hang over the island drawing ones attention to them. The Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, double wall ovens and hood fan add a touch of modern to this stylish space.

A small eating nook sits adjacent to the island with a metal and glass table.

A horizontal linear ribbon fireplace is the focal point of this living room. with a natural veneer tile stretching from the edge of the wall to the edge of the wall. A chocolate brown leather couch and a red letter chair makes a nice comfy place to sit for social conversations and a gatherings.

The dining room has a unique little floating shelf nook that is clad in the same natural veneer as the fireplace.
