New construction can be difficult when trying to add character -- especially when your client is an artist and loves color! This property utilizes spanish tile in varying patterns on the risers. Arto concrete tile is in the entry and courtyard. The hexagon tile in the courtyard and fountain creates a retreat right off of the artist's studio. In the back, we were able to create a modern spanish kitchen garden that includes concrete, feed troughs for veggies, meyer lemon trees, rosemary, lavender, santolina and pomegranate.
