Coastal Carlsbad Mediterranean style home gets some massive curb appeal that includes new front steps with Spanish tiles and new concrete steppers. We removed one palm and old shrubbery that was blocking the front entry and exposed the opportunity to add a new walkway out to the sidewalk. We assisted the client in choosing new paint colors, address numbers and new lighting. It went from dated peachy beige to a brightened up traditional creamy white. Drought tolerant planting palette with succulents and flowering plants were installed for the final touches.
