This coastal home in Encinitas needed a space to accommodate a busy young family of four. The space was small, but we were able to capture as much space as possible by designing and installing a built in seat bench and custom fire pit. This Mediterranean style home received beautiful hexagon cement/terracotta tiles by Arto. The custom kitchen and bbq area were clad in a vertical brick like pattern. A custom water feature acts as a main focal point from the house creating a zen-like atmosphere. New turf was installed so the young boys have a little place to play.
