This project began by filling in an awkward exterior porch area at the rear of the house. This space became a new Entertainment Room with wall-mounted TV, built-in shelves along two walls, and the central node for a home sound system. This new space prompted the replacement and updating of the existing windows in the Living Room, additional molding, and a dedicated painting space above the fireplace mantle. The home office at the front of the house received a new entrance with french pocket doors and a recessed art alcove in place of the previous room entrance. Opposite this art alcove, in the hallway, a small home bar with wine cooler, wine storage, and illuminated shelves was designed and installed.

At the rear of the property a full-service patio was constructed with pergola, retractable awning, and ceiling fan. Additionally, a built-in grill and sink were designed to make living outside more enjoyable. The new fire pit and sitting area complete the outside space.

The front pediment style, trim, and center-piece were modified and updated to match the style of the home.
