The client hired us to update the kitchen and modify the living space to this stylish mid-century house in order to open up some of the congestion in the floor plan.

The old kitchen had been boxed in, so we opened up a new connection directly to the lower entertainment area with custom storage casework flanking the steps.
The existing exposed roof truss system at the rear of the house was preserved and the custom kitchen cabinets were designed to complement the home's native style.

True circulation can now occur throughout each space in the house - perfect for entertaining and stream-lining movement.
