The transformation of this home was extreme! Our client had lived in this 1970's tract house for years and ready to push the limits of modern architecture of this Cerritos, California home. One of the first Modern conversions in the city, we vaulted the main space ceiling for Living, Kitchen and Dining Room functions, relocated the Master Suite to existing attic space and completed enhanced the roof lines. Introducing Accoya Wood, Stucco, Steel and Glass as the material palate along with simple and clean lines, won this home the Cerritos City Wide Pride Beautification Award.
