A truly sustainable home of concrete block, steel, glass and smooth stucco. This home incorporates a 7kw PV Solar Array, Hydronic in floor radiant heating and a selection of green materials. The home was awarded Highest Honors for the SouthWest Concrete Block Design Awards. Designed by a husband and wife team, Jeannette Architects, they and their family live in this Long Beach California home.
