This project included a new kitchen, refresh of an existing bathroom and addition of a roofed patio cover over an existing deck.

The Kitchen used to be a small 12'x12' space between the main home / dining room and a smaller room facing the rear yard. By removing the rear room, we enlarged the kitchen to the rear of the home doubling its size and installing an island for functional counter space and seating.

The Long Beach family of 4 enjoy entertaining. By designing a roof over the outdoor patio, we converted it into an outdoor living room with heaters, fans, lights, a fireplace and TV for year-round use.
