Gray Modern Universal Accessible Design Home

This home, built in 1953 had been remodeled several times in very strange ways. After receiving an email from a young couple from Boston mentioning they'll be moving to Long Beach, Jeannette Architects was given a very special opportunity to craft a wheelchair friendly Universal Design home. We opened up the core of the home creating a nice, comfortable open floor plan to easily navigate interior spaces. The homeowners requested an aquarium set at eye level along with a workstation for remote control helicopter building.
