Near the fountain in Naples, Long Beach, CA Jeannette Architects was asked to "Modernize" this unique Mid Century style home. We designed the exterior to include rain screen of Cumaru wood, an extremely hard and durable Brazilian Hardwood. Aluminum windows and doors, a private entry courtyard with fireplace and roof deck were incorporated in the design.
