Our latest design was truly a passion project for Jesse Sahlani. Set on a quaint street in Rosedale, the possibilities were endless for this stunning lot. The result is a home that pays tribute to classic Georgian Architecture, while offering it through a uniquely contemporary lens.

Homes of this design style naturally garner feelings of both warmth and grandeur, and while we are creating a smaller version of the historic predecessors that share this design style, this notion was not lost. The smooth limestone clad side walls protrude past the steeply sloped roofline, while symmetrical windows grace the facade creating a sense of organization and order. The roofline, home to the third floor of this home, offers a dramatically steep slope with similarly symmetrical dormer windows. Three chimney stacks offer the ability to install natural wood burning fireplaces in up to three areas in the home, a detail our clients specifically requested for nostalgic purposes.

The interior of the home offers over 4,200 square feet of living space and our firm is excited to start the interior design process in the coming weeks!
