The Modern Compound project sought to entirely transform an existing traditional farm house style home in Caledon. While utilizing the existing 6,000 sq/ft structure, our team added approximately 8,000 sq/ft of floor space through a two storey, slab on grade addition. Many of the inclusions of this stunning modern home were executed in order to support our clients’ love for entertaining and physical activity. Some of these amenities include a 27 foot full height common area, a library, a home office, a home gym, a dining area that accommodates 14 guests, three kitchens, an indoor pool, an indoor basketball court, an indoor hot tub, a 5 car garage, an expansive rooftop deck, and 10 beds and baths. The result is an impressively functional compound that offers our client the same amenities that your average luxury gym would offer within a meticulously finished and refined custom home.
