This home sits atop of Twin Peaks hill with a straight-on view of Market Street all the way to the Ferry Building. The first thing I recommended to this young tech couple that loves to entertain was to change the ugly and extensive deck railing with an all glass railing, opening up the living room to the spectacular view. We created a very hip dining area and living room for them with lots of seating and a grand piano for parties and get togethers.
The fireplace was redone with a concrete bench and surround. A window seat was created for a separate conversation grouping.
