Complete remodel of master bath and guest bath in North Beach condo. We chose the same materials with different accents to keep the continuity and integrity of the apartment. The vertical rectangular tile was mixed with mosaic tile accents in both bathrooms. The client soon after had to move and put the condo on the market. Within a very short time they had multiple offers and sold it for over asking price. Many bidders commented on the main incentive being the fabulous bathrooms.
