This Pacifica residence overlooking the ocean was under construction and we were called in because the homeowner was looking for an improvement in the lighting plan. We improved the plan substantially by focusing on energy efficient light fixtures and much better placement. Since the owner was an avid surfer we designed a stair railing made of perforated metal sheets in a cascading wave pattern. Further we designed custom cabinetry this whimsical guest bath.
