When we were called in on this project this condo was stripped down to the concrete. Located at the "goldcoast" of Honolulu we totally remodeled and expanded the 550 sq.ft. space to include an indoor/outdoor dining area. This was accomplished by enclosing an existing lanai with sliding glass doors and adding the space to the living room area. A brand new bath and kitchen were added using mostly "green" materials. The iridescent splash tile enlivens the space and adds sparkle. Stunning views toward the ocean and mountains can be enjoyed throughout. All cabinetry and furnishings were selected for ease of use and comfort.
