This three story residence on Twin Peaks needed a full fledged remodel. Extensive space planing revealed that we could create a large master suite with a newly added master bathroom with freestanding tub a large open shower and a toilet room separated by frosted glass. The entire project was very focused on using green materials. Most apparent in the kitchen with it's FSC wood cabinets and recycled glass counters. The stairway got a new cable railing system that updated the home greatly. Guest bath and den were also renewed.
