Located in the heart of Highland Park in downtown Birmingham, this early-2000’s condominium was in need of renovation. The homeowner desired a modern, sleek and luxurious condo, tailored to her specific needs. Working with an experienced design-build team, they set out to transform the space into a stylish new condo filled with innovative features.
This renovation was a complex project aimed at breathing new life into a darkly-lit and dated condominium. The project included the renovation of the kitchen, primary bath and guest bath, and several specialty items along with updating all HVAC, lighting and paint throughout the condo.
