The homeowner of a 1928 historic tudor-style home wanted to expand their breakfast nook out into their garden area and create a new dining room, covered porch and a grilling area. The original breakfast nook next to the kitchen was a very small room that did not adequately meet their entertaining needs, as this couple has children and grandchildren that they really wanted to be able to host for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other impromptu get-togethers throughout the year. The couple hired a local architect to design their new addition to blend with their tudor style home.
